Yes — we build a permeable sub-base so rainwater drains through. The grass itself is permeable. Puddles are avoided by correct falls and base construction.
Quality product with correct installation typically lasts 15–20+ years. UV stability prevents fading; the key is a proper base so the surface doesn't shift or sag.
We don't recommend it — the old grass dies and can cause unevenness and smell. We excavate and build a proper sub-base for a long-lasting, level result.
Yes — we use products suitable for family and pet use. Drainage and hygiene are fine with normal rinsing. We can advise on the best pile and infill for heavy use.
Occasional brush to lift the pile and rinse with water to clear debris. No mowing, feeding or watering. We'll give you a short aftercare note.
